Following the completion of City& Guilds Food & Hospitality at Culinary College in his home city of Liverpool, Chef Anthony Reilly began his career at award winning restaurant, The London Carriage Works located in central Liverpool as a pastry apprentice.

​After an enormously educational period at The London Carriage Works, Chef moved on to join the team at Panoramic 34, a fine dining restaurant located 300ft above the Liverpool skyline in the city’s tallest building, West Tower.

​Anthony’s deep passion and commitment to the food he was creating lead him to success exceeding his years, awarding him the position of Head Chef at the age of 21. Chef used his talents to refine the culinary experience at Panoramic 34 to gastronomic distinction, achieving the highest critical ratings in the world renowned Michelin Guide for this famous UK city. ​

Having achieved accolades for his work at Panoramic 34, Chef moved his profession to the UAE, a destination he had been attracted to as a result of the sheer diversity of cultures, consistently high standard of food, and quality of service. In 2014 Chef Anthony Reilly bagun his work under the guidance and tutelage of the legendary Chef Marco Pierre White, an opportunity he notes as being a hugely rewarding career highlight. Chef notes that “studying the accomplishments and core values of Marco Pierre White brought me inspiration to work with that same level of commitment.”

Today, Chef Anthony utilises his impressive skill set as a Chef, as well as his creativity and leadership to cement his own signature style and name at Palm Jumeirah’s famed harbourside hotspot, SENARA. . Leading a team of talented people with the same level of commitment to quality and values. Chef inflicts a core philosophy upon the waterside restaurant boasting British flair; to source the finest quality ingredients and produce, combining these with traditional British and local influences, and crafting them into a truthful and delicious dining experience.
